Leaderboard rules

Version 1 · Last updated: 1 November 2026

In short

Who these rules are for

These rules apply to everyone who joins the Kubelo leaderboard. When you join, you confirm that you are 13 or older and that you accept them. Joining is optional, and you can leave at any time. Kubelo is made by Tore Meling (Norway), who runs the leaderboard.

Your name

Your name is shown to everyone who opens the leaderboard, so it has to be fine for everyone, including children.

Fair play

Only ranked solves in Play, on the 3×3 on the screen, are on the leaderboard. A ranked solve starts from a cube made by the Kubelo server. You get 15 seconds to look at it, and Help and Undo are off.

Reports and blocking

What we can do

If a name or a solve breaks these rules, we can:

We keep a short log of what was done. If you think we got it wrong, write to us (see Contact), and we will look again.

Your data

The leaderboard keeps your name, your times and the moves of the solves you post. Everything we keep, why, for how long, and how to delete it is in the privacy policy. You can leave at any time with Leave the leaderboard in the app. If you cannot open the app, see how to delete your leaderboard data.

Changes

If we change these rules, the version and the date at the top change, and the app asks you to accept the new version before you post again.

Contact

Write to kontakt@kubelo.app. We aim to answer reports within 48 hours, and we reply to everything else within one month. You can also write to us in the app: open Menu, then Settings → About Kubelo → Write to us.
